Crystal Maschefzky is the youngest member of the Explicit Faith  crew. Born in Long Branch, New Jersey on August 13, she is but seventeen. Born into an interestingly musical family, Crystal grew up learning to use her voice as her instrument.

Crystal’s family had never been involved in church when she was young, and she really didn’t know much of God. At sixteen her life had really turned downhill. She had gotten involved with the wrong people and the wrong things, and it wasn’t until a really good friend had opened her eyes, that she realized everything she was doing was wrong. It was her own decision to come to Christ soon after that, and she has settled into living her life only for him.

Crystal had met the band at their first gig in echo park, where she was currently a member of the church camp. Her technology experience was helpful for the newly formed band, as she helped promote them over myspace and run slideshows. She also helps with the kids of the band, keeping them entertained while the wives can do their work as well. Soon Explicit Faith  accepted her as a roadie into the band, and that’s where she has stayed ever since.
